Seinfeld was a notoriously hilarious sitcom on T.V. throughout the 1990’s. If you lived during the 90’s, pay any attention whatsoever to pop-culture, or watched Seinfeld in recent history—then you have heard the dangerously funny quote “No soup for you!â€. This quote comes from the “Soupman†(or “Soup Naziâ€) character from Seinfeld, probably the most popular sitcom in history.
His soup was the most wonderful soup in New York City, perhaps the world, but he was known for having a vitriolic attitude and strict, arbitrary, rules for his wildly successful soup shop. The Soupman isn’t a completely fictional character though—his real name is actually Al Yeganah. He created a restaurant in New York City called Soup Kitchen International in 1984 and has been serving the world’s best soups since that time. Over time, Yeganah’s Soup Kitchen International soups came to be known as the standard for delicious, world-renowned soups. Now, in Minneapolis, there is an original Soupman restaurant too! The Twin Cities Soupman brings the same level of excitement to the table that the original did. All of the same ingredients, soups, and services are marketed.
The Mpls Original Soupman brings to the Twin Cities the same wonderful tastes and commitment to excellence that the original Soup Kitchen International had too. The hungry customers in Minneapolis will be satisfied with delectable soups.
